General IT Support & Services

We prioritize prompt responses. For urgent issues impacting your business operations, we strive for the quickest possible response for critical situations. For less urgent requests, we typically respond based upon specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for our Managed IT Services clients.

We offer both! Many issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently via remote support. However, we also provide on-site support for hands-on troubleshooting, hardware installations, and network setup, primarily serving businesses in the surrounding tri-state area.

Our primary service area for on-site support includes the greater tri-state area; however, there always can be exceptions. Please contact us to confirm if your location is within our on-site service zone.

Absolutely. We can assist with everything from unboxing and configuring new computers and peripherals to designing, installing, and securing new office networks (both wired and wireless) tailored to your business requirements.

For our Managed IT Services clients, we offer after-hours emergency support options. For break-fix clients, emergency support outside of standard business hours may be available at a different rate and subject to technician availability. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
